Events policy
Age Restrictions
No persons under the age of 18 are permitted to attend any events organised by DAW Paranormal.Accessibility and Venue Conditions
Many locations we investigate may not be suitable for clients with disabilities. Please note that some venues can be in a state of disrepair, and this may necessitate last-minute changes to the advertised areas, or render certain areas inaccessible for health and safety reasons. Your safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to make these changes without prior notice or liability. We strive to make as many events as accessible as possible, but this is not always feasible. For more information about specific locations, contact us at DAWParanormal@dreamamethystwitchery.co.uk.Pregnancy Policy
Heavily pregnant individuals are not permitted to attend DAW Paranormal events due to restrictions at certain locations and associated risks.Client Conduct
All attendees must behave responsibly and respect others. You must not cause harm, injury, or endanger yourself or others. Respect the nature of the event and leave quietly, especially late at night, to minimise disruption to local residents.Drugs and Alcohol Policy
Absolutely no alcohol or drugs are permitted at any DAW Paranormal event. Guests found to be under the influence, or suspected of bringing alcohol or drugs, will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. DAW Paranormal staff reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately due to alcohol or drug use.Smoking and Naked Flames
Smoking, vaping, and the use of naked flames (e.g., candles or matches) are strictly prohibited at all events to ensure safety. DAW Paranormal does not use candles during investigations.Seating and Comfort
Unless otherwise stated, sleeping facilities are not available. Guests are welcome to bring camping chairs for vigils if they cannot stand for long periods. Some locations provide limited seating; details will be included in event information where applicable. Many venues are very old, with uneven floors and stairs. For this reason, sensible flat footwear must be worn at all times for your own health and safety. Venues can also be very cold, particularly when very late, therefore warm clothing is advised.Personal Property
DAW Paranormal is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or vehicles during travel to and from the event or during the event itself. This includes any damage caused by spiritual or paranormal activity.Attendance at Your Own Risk
Participation in DAW Paranormal events is entirely at your own risk. While we take precautions to identify and mitigate hazards, accidents may occur due to the nature of the locations. DAW Paranormal holds public liability insurance; however, some aspects may not be covered due to the unique nature of the locations. Venues during an investigation will have minimal lighting available, therefore guests must bring a torch to enable safe passage around the site.Indemnity Clause
By agreeing to these terms, you indemnify DAW Paranormal, its organisers, and representatives against any legal claims, damages, costs, or losses arising from participation in the event.Responsibility for Personal Items
DAW Paranormal accepts no liability for clothing, equipment, vehicles, parking fines, breakdowns, or clamping. Please take care of your personal property during the event.Event Cancellations by DAW Paranormal
Events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. We will notify attendees as soon as possible and endeavour to reschedule. If rescheduling is not feasible, you will receive credit for future events. DAW Paranormal is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to cancellations.Weather Conditions
Outdoor events may be affected by adverse weather. In such cases, we may relocate to covered areas. In extreme weather, events may be cancelled with minimal notice. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather.Paranormal Experiences

No guarantees are made regarding paranormal activity, which may vary from minimal to extreme. DAW Paranormal accepts no liability for injuries, damage, or lack of activity during events.Privacy and GDPR

Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Attendees under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or acting inappropriately, will be removed immediately. Please notify us if you cannot attend an event, even at short notice, so staff are informed.Late-Night Safety
